Service Agreement & Acceptable Use

Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: October 5, 2026 • Effective Immediately

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the QUIKXE platform, including our website, mobile customer portal, and operator interfaces (collectively, the "Service"). By uploading documents, initiating payments, or collecting prints through QUIKXE, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Printing Service

QUIKXE provides an automated digital bridge connecting end customers with verified local Xerox and print shops. Customers upload documents, configure hardware print parameters (paper size, color mode, single/double sided, copies), pay online, and collect their finished physical output at the counter using a secure Order ID and pickup PIN.

2. Content Responsibility & Prohibited Use

You retain all ownership rights in the documents you upload. However, you represent and warrant that you own or possess all necessary rights, licenses, or fair-use permissions to print the content submitted.

Strictly Prohibited Content:

  • Counterfeit currency, government identity stamps, or forged official certificates.
  • Defamatory, obscene, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or violent extremist media.
  • Materials intended to facilitate academic malpractice or intellectual property piracy without authorization.

Print shop operators reserve the right to decline physical handover and report suspicious or illegal print jobs to relevant law enforcement authorities.

3. Payment & Pricing Terms

Prices are transparently calculated per page based on the selected shopkeeper's published rate card, document sheet count, color mode, and additional services (spiral binding, lamination). All totals include applicable platform and gateway fees before payment confirmation.

Payments are processed via authorized online gateways (UPI, debit/credit cards, netbanking). Once payment is authorized, your print job is queued for automated hardware execution.

4. Cancellations, Failed Prints & Refunds

Immediate Hardware Execution: Because the SpoolX automation engine sends jobs directly to the Windows printer spooler upon payment receipt, orders cannot be canceled or modified once hardware spooling has commenced.

Eligible Refunds: If a physical print job fails due to verified equipment error (e.g. fatal printer hardware breakdown, prolonged shop closure, or corrupted ink defect verified by the operator), the customer is entitled to either:

  • An immediate complimentary re-spool / reprint by the shop operator.
  • A complete digital refund to the original payment source within 3–5 business days.

No refunds are granted for customer-side mistakes (such as selecting black-and-white instead of color, selecting incorrect page ranges, or uploading the wrong draft). Please review your print preview carefully before checkout.

5. Pickup Verification & Storage Limits

Physical prints must be collected within 48 hours of order completion. To collect your prints, you must present your 6-character Pickup PIN or order QR code to the counter operator. Prints not collected after 7 days may be recycled or securely shredded by the shopkeeper to protect physical document privacy.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QUIKXE and its partner print shops shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from lost deadlines, damaged papers, or temporary internet disruptions. In all events, our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific print order in dispute.
